| irisha, i wouldn't. it destroys me sounds funky; better, it kills me to see them suffer. destroys my heart sounds strange. i wouldn't advise to use either. |

| that's right, u can say, my heart sqeezes at the thought of them suffering so cruelly, for example. or my heart squeezes in anguish for them. but those definitely r not popularly used, at least not nearly as widely as it breaks my heart. i apologize for any typos, i had to take my contacts out, so i m blind typing. |
