"Амортизация начисляется с первого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем принятия объекта основных средств к бухгалтерскому учету, и производится до полного погашения стоимости этого объекта, либо списания этого объекта с бухгалтерского учета."

можете проверить мой перевод???

"Depreciation is accrued from the first of the month subsequent to the month when the fixed asset is recorded in the books, and the asset has either been paid in full or written off from the books."

"принятия на учет МПЗ " would that be "recording of inventory in the books???

Depreciation will start on the first _day_ of the month _following the month in which_ ..._was rec-d.... _and will continue to accrue until...
