т.к. принято свою версию давать, начну с этого.

Thanks to Blair's efforts and its adherents the party has kept away from traditional base – trade-union movement and became one of "national" or, more precisely, middle class parties.

The second and, probably, a the main part of his heritage– its direct participation to the end of the Iraqi war. «New laborites» became political adherents of the American neoconservatives and have divided Bush's loneliness in connection with the Iraq war. Blair has not only directed 7 thousand British soldiers on fire line, but also actively urged leaders of other countries to take part in war. Unlike Americans Englishmen in the majority from the very beginning were against war, further their anti-war moods only amplified. Against Blair's especially Prowashington position even conservatives who traditionally are considered loyal atlantists protest.

Gordon Brown, Tony Blair's successor, hints at the possibility of changing the relation to the Iraqi war and he promises to British people written Constitution. At the same time there are practically no predictions of changes in the Russian-British relations. It is connected with rather inconsistent heritage which is left in this area by the leaving prime minister. Blair first aspired to trust with Russian President Vladimir Putin and to intermediary between Moscow and Washington. However repetition of a sheaf Thatcher-Gorbachev has not occurred.

это ссылка, а перевод мой с 3 абзаца до слов -Однако повторение связки Тэтчер–Горбачев не произошло.

Последние 3 абзаца попозже переведу, сейчас главное с этим разобраться. меня пугает грамматика. помогите пожалуйста перевести.
