Помогите, пожалуйста, Company "Indemnitees" (из словаря) - лицо, получающее компенсацию за понесённые убытки или ущерб или Кредитор по договору гарантии. НО по контексту не вяжется, или я чего-то не понимаю (почти конец рабочего дня:-)

"Company Indemnitees" - shall mean Company, its directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, assignees, subsidiaries and affiliates.

Indemnification

то есть если Вы соглашаетесь на это, то Вы, а не представители компании (защищенные от возмещения убытков) , будете нести мат. ответственность в случае каких-нибудь неприятностей, требующих возмещения ущерба.
