Помогите разобраться в предложении (из документа об антидемпинговых расследованиях Индии) - в принципе, предложение понятно, кроме отрывка "V/s Designated Authority":

Having satisfied itself on the basis of request made by domestic industry in this regard and in view of the order of the Hon'ble Dehli High court in the matter of Indian Metal and Ferro Alloys Ltd V/s Designated Authority. Writ Petition (Civil) № 16893 of 2006 the Authority hereby initiates a review in accordance with Section 9 A (5) of the Act, read with Rule 23 of Antidumping Rules, to review the need for continued impositionof duties in force and whether the expiry of the duty would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury.
