... не позднее окончания рабочего дня на 90-й день, и не ранее окончания рабочего дня на 120-й день, предшествующий первой годовщине предыдущего годового собрания...?

с "годовщиной" проблема - некоторые так пишут, но некоторые против, хотя в этом случае (если писать "до даты, наступившей по прошествии одного года" и пр.) можно запутаться.
