Интересует русский вариант словосочетания "financing statement".

Встретилось в Loan Agreement, который регулируется британским законодательством.

Нашла определение на английском (правда американском): Document filed with a lender detailing personal property taken as collateral from a borrower. The financing statement, a standard document under the Uniform Commercial Code, is filed with the secretary of state or other designated public official. The document is time stamped, the filing date is noted, and a file number is assigned, securing the lender's claim to the assigned collateral.

В моем документе контекст следующий:
1) Financing Statements: LPCDA financing statements naming the Borrower as debtor in favour of the Lender as secured party. (*LPCDA - Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998)
2) CONDITIONS PRECEDENT: (...) (e) Current searches of appropriate filing offices showing that (...) (ii) no financing statements or assignments of patents, trademarks or copyrights have been filed and remain in effect against the Borrower except those financing statements and assignments of patents, trademarks or copyrights relating to Permitted Liens or to liens held by Persons who have agreed in writing that upon receipt of proceeds of the Promissory Note, they will deliver LPCDA releases and/or terminations and releases of such assignments of patents, trademarks or copyrights satisfactory to the Lender, and (iii) the Lender has duly filed all financing statements necessary to perfect its interest in and to the Collateral, to the extent such interest is capable of being perfected by filing.

Как всё-таки эти документы называются по-русски? Может, кому-то встречалось такое?

То есть этот документ реально называется финансовым отчетом, даже если он относится к обеспечительным документам?

В таком случае как можно перевести следующую фразу:
no financing statements (...) have been filed and remain in effect against the Borrower - никакие финансовые отчеты не были зарегистрированы и не действуют в настоящий момент против Заемщика?

Думаю да, там же платяться всякие пошлины за выдачу, поддержание патента и т.д.

BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY:
Financing Statement - a document filed in the public records to notify third parties, usu. prospective buyers and lenders, of a secured party's security interest in goods.

Т.о., я бы перевела financing statement как "заявление обеспеченного кредитора (о своих правах)".
