На основании изложенного, в соответствии с п.2 ст.328 и ст. 523 ГК РФ ОАО «Б» сообщает о приостановлении исполнения им своих обязательств по Договору до получения от ООО «А" предусмотренной Договором оплаты по платежным этапам, а также подтверждения возмещения указанных дополнительных расходов. При этом ОАО «Б» оставляет за собой право в любой момент в одностороннем порядке полностью отказаться от исполнения Договора с его соответствующим расторжением.

In view of the foregoing, in accordance with Article 328, item 2 and Article 523 of the RF Civil Code Б notifies on suspending its contractual obligations until we receive from А Milestone payments and confirmation of the said extra expenses reimbursement. notify somebody of something/somebody that. без прямого дополнения неправильно грамматически. кас. "abandon," you should have something to abandon, like plans or right. кас. subsequent, это скорее будет последующее расторжение, а у вас, насколько я понимаю, имеется в виду одновременность действий.
