Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом DEPLETION GOALS и DEPLETION.
Контекст указан ниже. Не пойму, это именно продажи? А чем отличаются Sales от Depletion??

что-то не пойму, откуда Вы взяли значение "продажи" для depletion?

Из договора поставки, который прислали американцы....
Со значениями, которые дает мултитран, я конечно же ознакомилась уже.

“Depletion” means the number of nine (9) liter equivalent cases actually depleted from the inventory of the Distributor in the Territory due to sales to authorized retail accounts and other authorized purchasers, net of all breakages and returns. Depletions will be measured in nine liter case equivalents, and will be deemed to have occurred on the date when....

видимо, с учетом контекста, depletions можно перевести как "поставки"... тогда Depletion Goals - "план по поставкам" или что-то в таком роде...
