Disposition of Output

At all times when Contractor desires to conduct Commissioning, Testing or other operations of the Project or Project systems in furtherance of Acceptance Tests or repair and maintenance, Company shall ensure the disposition of the Facility's output of product in such manner as Company shall determine. Any product, and all proceeds from the sale thereof, shall be the property of Company; provided, that such disposition shall in no way interfere with the rights or obligations of Contractor or Company hereunder.
