The run-up of the turbo-generator rotors to the barring speed (approximately 60 rpm) is only possible after delivery of the high pressure jacking oil to the journal bearings. The jacking oil pumps (2x100%) are a gear type, driven by an AC electric motor. The suction of the pump is directly from the main oil tank. Positive suction is always maintained since the pump is at a lower level than the oil level in the tank. There is an overpressure relief valve in the jacking oil discharge system, which protects the pump and other parts against the inadmissible increase of the discharge pressure (setting point of the relief valve is approximately 120 bars). The distribution of jacking oil to individual journal bearings is set by the throttling valves, which are located in each delivery line.

A jacking oil pump also called a lift pump is commonly used on rotor shafts of steam driven Turbine Generators prior to startup or after shutdown to provide even cooling of the shaft and eliminate rotor distortion caused by sags due to weight and bows due to uneven cooling. The jacking oil pump uses high pressure oil supplied at the bearing journals to initiate an oil film and lift the shaft off its bearings. The rotor can then be put on a turning gear and rotated slowly to create even cooling and or roll out any distortions caused by the weight of the shaft while at rest.
It also helps to maintain the oil film between shaft and the bearing till the rotor speed is adequate enough to maintain the film thickness and protects the shaft & bearing

The conditions necessary for turning gear operation are as follows:-

 Supply of lubricating oil to bearings open
 Jacking oil pump in operation

A square end of the turning gear main shaft can be used for manual turning of the rotors by means of a wrench. The auxiliary and jacking oil pumps must be in operation during the manual barring.

назвать масло под давлением (видно при помощи каких-то механизмов при подачи масла что-то понимается)

ЕМНИП, это масло высокого давления, подается для того, что бы приподнять вал ротора над подшипником и создать масяную подушку между валом и вкладышем подшипника - иначе кранты подшипнику
