enjoin breach, injunction

Здравствуйте, форумчане! Помогите, плиз, разобраться с этим абзацем из договора. Пункт конфиденциальность. Не понимаю смысл второго предложения%)

Each party acknowledges and agrees that unauthorized violations of this Section 10, even without intent to harm, could cause substantial and irreparable damage to the disclosing party, the degree of which might be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, each party agrees that disclosing party will have the right to obtain an immediate injunction enjoining any breach of this Section 10, as well as the right to pursue any and all other rights and remedies available at law or in equity for such a breach.

Соответсвтенно, каждая сторона согласна с тем, что разглашающая сторона может получить судебный запрет(?) из-за любого нарушения п.10, а также имеет право ... (защищать свои права в суде???)
