Посоветуйте, пож-ста, с переводом на анг.

В случае невозможности поставки товара по графику Продавец должен письменно уведомить Покупателя не менее, чем за 2 месяца до указанной даты поставки.

получается как-то коряво :

In case the Seller is unable to deliver the goods in accordance with the schedule he must notify thereabout in writing not later than 2 months before the shipment date.

Нормально звучит. Только грамматика.
If the Seller fails to ship the goods AT the agreed time the Seller must sent a written notice to the Buyer (in - не надо) 2 month before THE scheduled date of shipment.
