Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
When will XXX be required to commence the delivery of the polymer products? We assume that this obligation will commence on the date that XXX gives notice that commercial operations have commenced at the downstream plant. Should there be a funnelling mechanism determined by XXX? Please confirm.
