composition trustee

Доброе всем время суток!
Подскажите, пож-та, кто такой "composition trustee", как обозначить его по-русски.
Встречается в тексте соглашения об открытии банковского счета. Соглашение составлено чехами на англ. языке, честно говоря, в соглашении очень много не совсем понятных терминов, которые вообще нигде не встречаются, ни в словарях, ни в Гугле. Иногда приходится "досоображать", а иногда и отложить на полку. (может ещё и обращусь с чем-нибудь совсем уж непонятным, уж не обессудьте :))))). Контекст такой:

In the event that bankruptcy is declared with respect to the Client or composition approved, the Bank shall block any and all funds in the Account to prevent their unauthorized withdrawals and transfers. The Bank shall permit only the bankruptcy trustee or special bankruptcy trustee or COMPOSITION TRUSTEE who presents to the Bank a resolution on its appointment from the competent court. The liquidator, bankruptcy trustee or special bankruptcy trustee or COMPOSITION TRUSTEE shall be obliged to submit to the Bank without delay a specimen signature of the Authorized Person. Such specimen signature shall be signed by the liquidator, bankruptcy trustee or special bankruptcy trustee or COMPOSITION TRUSTEE as the Account holder.
Смысл-то весь понятен, но вот как его всего-таки обозвать по-русски. ("Сторона компромиссного соглашения" ??? )
