Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести второе и третье предложения:
Освободить завязки и встряхнуть респиратор. Согнуть по форме носа металлическую вставку, находящуюся под обтюратором, после чего концы этой вставки слегка отогнуть, чтобы в месте перехода от носа к щекам обеспечить плотное прилегание респиратора к лицу. После этого вытянуть резинки, одновременно расправляя обтюратор с тем, чтобы завязки оказались примерно на середине каждой из сторон респиратора.

This is my quick and dirty translation:

Bend the metal insert, located under the obturator, to fit comfortably around your nose. Then slightly bend outward the ends of the insert to ensure that the respirator mask fits tightly over the bridge and sides of your nose. Then pull the rubber bands out, while straightening the obturator, so that the strings are positioned approximately in the middle of either side of the respirator mask.

* I don't know how many people know what an obturator is. Unless your audience is technical, I would consider using "breathing valve" or smth equally descriptive.
