Прочие условия
1.1. Начало проведения работ определяется моментом зачисления предоплаты на расчетный счет Центра. Во исполнение настоящего договора в случае возникновения необходимости стороны могут заключать дополнительные соглашения, такие соглашения могут быть самостоятельными, либо являться дополнением к настоящему договору, о чем должно быть оговорено специально в соглашении.
1.2. Стороны примут все меры к разрешению споров и разногласий, могущих возникнуть в связи с исполнением настоящего договора, дружественным путем и на основе законов Российской Федерации.
1.3. Ни одна из сторон не вправе передавать свои права и обязательства по договору третьим лицам без предварительного письменного согласия другой стороны.
1.4 Настоящий договор вступает в силу с момента подписания. Договор составлен в 2 экземплярах, имеющих одинаковую силу.

Other terms
1.1 The beginning of works execution is determined by the moment of prepayment receipt into the Centre’s account. In the performance of the given Contract in case of need the parties may conclude additional agreements and also agreements that may be either independent or additional to the given Contract that should be specially defined in the agreement.
1.2 Parties will take all measures to dispute resolution and disagreements that can arise in connection with execution of the given agreement amicably and on the basis of laws of the Russian Federation.
1.3 None party has a right to transfer its rights and obligations under Contract to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party.
1.4 The present Contract comes into force after the signature. Contract has been drawn in 2 duplicate originals

Чисто по стилю. Вы пишете то given Contract, то present Contract - лучше придерживаться единого стиля по всему документу, более того, лучше это все заменить на THIS Contract.
Вместо Present Simple используйте модальный shall, это так в официальных документах пишется.
У вас тут еще довольно много чего причесать надо:) Попробуйте полазить по МТ, особенно по форуму, и поискать как следует нужные Вам формулировки. Задавайте поиск не только по одному слову, но и по словосочетаниям. К тому же, здесь можно найти и объяснения, что к чему.

Other Provisions
1.1 The commencement of works shall be determined by the date of crediting of prepayment to the Centre’s account. For the purpose of this Contract, if necessary, the Parties shall enter into additional agreements that may be either independent or additional to this Contract, which must be stipulated in the agreement.
1.2 The Parties shall use their best efforts to settle any disputes arising out of this Contract amicably, and under the laws of the Russian Federation.
1.3 Neither Party shall have a right to assign its rights and obligations under this Contract to any third parties without the prior written consent of the other Party.
1.4 This Contract shall enter into force upon signature thereof. This Contract has been executed in two (2) copies having identical legal force.

1.2. The parties shall exercise their best endeavours/efforts to resolve amicably all disputes or differences that may arise from the performance hereof, under the laws of the Russian Federation.
1.3. Neither party may assign its rights or obligations hereunder to third parties without the other’s prior written consent.
