Subject: concepts issued law Пожалуйста, помогите перевестиconcepts issued Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: We state hereby that last 29th December we applied for Creditors Meeting, to the mercantile court num. 3 of Barcelona (Spain). This situation impede us to make any payment regarding concepts issued before that date, until we receive the competent intervention responsible person, that will supervise our payments until we'll reach a definitive creditors agreement. Due to general delays in mercantile courts in Spain, we don't have yet the official document corresponding to the creditors meeting acceptance.
