It is agreed that upon the payment of any claim for loss or damage these Assurers are to be subrogated to all the rights of the Assured to the extent of such payments, but no right of subrogation shall lie against specifically named subsidiary and/or affiliated companies, co-partnerships or corporations of the Assured, nor against any partner, executive, trustee or director thereof.
