confidentiality obligation

After the expiry or termination of this Contract all Parties undertake not to make any disclosure to the media relating to arrangements of any party to this Contract without the specific consent of that person (except professional advisers). In which case it shall be subject to the same confidentiality obligation, or where such information is requested by law or by a competent court or for arbitration purposes.

не совсем понимаю последнее предложение.
Стороны обязуются не разглашать информацию относящуюся к контракту без получения особого разрешения от соответствующего лица. а дальше не совсем понятно....

может у кого-нибудь есть варианты как перевести последнее предложение?
