Subject: any anniversary thereof Самые последние слова в предложении...подскажите как грамотнее перевести. я понимать-то понимаю, да вот как по-русски сложить красиво, ума не приложу))))Either Party may serve not less than 9 (nine) months’ notice on the other to terminate this agreement at the end of the [first 3 (three) years] of the Initial Term but, if no such notice has been given 9 (nine) months before the end of that 3 (three) year period then this agreement shall continue (again subject to clause 17 and this clause 16) until the end of the Initial Term and thereafter on an annual rolling basis unless and until terminated by either Party giving to the other not less than 9 (nine) months' notice in writing to expire on the last day of the Initial Term or any anniversary thereof.
