Контекст:
По всем вопросам, не нашедшим своего решения в положениях настоящего Договора, но прямо или косвенно вытекающих из отношений Сторон по Договору, исходя из необходимости для них защиты своих или взаимных охраняемых законом или имущественных прав и интересов, при разрешении споров Стороны будут руководствоваться положениями гражданского и бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации.

Но это мне не очень нравится. Можно еще так попробовать:

Не совсем мне понятно, что означает "охраняемых законом или имущественных".

Да, не все понятно. Подумайте, может быть как-то так: "Whereas the Contracting Parties are entitled to protect their respective or mutual legal and economic rights, any issue not covered by the provisions of the present Contract and explicitly or implicitly arising therefrom shall be settled according to civil and financial legislation of the Russian Federation."
