Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести:

Сумма средств, сэкономленных по результатам бюджетного (календарного) года, подлежит возврату Заказчику, если она не была ранее зачтена Исполнителем в счет оплаты услуг предыдущих отчетных периодов в рамках бюджетного (календарного) года.

Исполнителя лучше переводить так, как он переведен в преамбуле договора =))) в данном случае именно Executor

Исполнителя все же лучше переводить не как написано в преамбуле, а как правильно, и не руководствоваться принципом "уже так переведено, значит, прокатит".
