Subject: to return information law Здравствуйте, как-то не могу подобрать соответствующий красивый русский эквивалент для to return confidential information. напрашивается "вернуть" или "возвратить", но тут возникает вопрос: а разве можно вернуть или возвратить конфиденциальную информацию?
помогите, у кого какие мысли на этот счет.
а контекст такой:
In case of (i) the breaking up of the negotiations under Sec. II.2.1 or (ii) in case of a termination of this MOU for any reason each Party shall refrain from using Confidential Information of the other Party and shall return any and all Confidential Information received from the Disclosing Party and shall comply with the Confidentiality Agreements concluded by the Parties.
