To proceed with the meeting we need to inform the CO as soon as possible about the excact names and positions of the representatives of the parties to the transaction that will participate in the meeting, as well as to suggest several dates for the meeting to choose one that will suit to all participants. Please note that according to the CO it is highly recommended that the high level representatives af all parties, including Forum Bank, should participate in the meeting.

ИМХО вместо may not assist лучше cannot assist или may not be in the position to assist (в зависимости от смысла) we have FOUND some contacts... preliminariLY agree/coordinate... that will suit all participants (без to) highER level representatives |
