Заметьте, опять пишут "маринуется в апельсинах" Тот раз было в лимоне, сейчас в апельсинах. Что же за грамотей такой писал рецепты этих блюд? А переводится это наверное salad bed |

Marinated in orange juice, served on a bed of lettice with capers, olives, pearl onions and cream sauce (IMHO - horrible combination) Assorted wild mushrooms (should be enough, but if the client insists - ceps (porchini), field mushrooms and milk mushrooms :-) I do not like this restaurant at all. |
