Предложение такое:
Фумигация грузовых трюмов, содержащих сухой груз, при условии соблюдения BC Code...

BC Code - что за кодекс? возможно BC - это Bulk Cargo, но я не уверена. А если это всё же Bulk Cargo Code, то какой термин в русском для него?

The Code for Transport of Solid Cargoes in Bulk (BC Code)
The work with making the BC Code mandatory internationally has been complicated and extensive. Now, a draft is expected to be ready for adoption at the next meeting in the Sub-Committee in the autumn of 2007. The amended regulations are expected to enter into force in 2011. Meanwhile, the Member States are encouraged – on a voluntary basis – to put new regulations into force as soon as 2008. The present BC Code (version 2004) is already mandatory in many Member States, including Denmark. In connection with the discussions relating to the BC Code, a number of incident reports were reviewed relating to transport of solid cargoes in bulk, which substantiated the need for international strengthening.
