Fault Viewer can retrieve relevant information from an Et-Set, if a corresponding test was prepared using ETM In this case, the tester reports, not pad coordinates, but the grid coordinates of the top end of the pin (i.e. the end of the pin anchored in the tester) assigned to the pad.Помогите разобраться с предложением, здесь ET-Set я перевела как Easy Tester (набор программ для тестирования), или как универсальный тестер, а вот что такое CAR file для меня непонятно. Заранее спасибо. |
