The Beneficiary Company and Mr X jointly and severally confirm that the Trustees are hereby ***discharged from the trusts of the Trust in relation to the Specified Assets *** and hereby agree, which agreement shall be binding on the Beneficiary Company's successors and assigns and Mr X estate and personal representatives, to release the Trustees from all claims (if any) which the Beneficiary Company or Mr X may have against the Trustees in relation to the Specified Assets in their capacity as trustee of the Trust, including but not limited to any loan obligation
