Спасибо, конечно, но я там тоже была)) Там рассказывают про какую-то прогу. Конвертация в электронном виде это все круто, но как это может помочь моему переводу? В результате того, что этот брокер стал заботиться о клиенте на 50 процентов увеличилась коневертация связей?? Я вообще не представляю себе как это можно перевести %-)

Гм... Там не рассказывается про программу, а на пальцах объясняется, что такое "lead conversion". Смотрите:
"Lead Conversion is the process of converting a lead into an account, contact, and/or opportunity".

Поскольку устоявшегося термина в р.я. пока нет, Вы вольны называть это так, как Вам заблагорассудится :)

то есть из того де количества контактов (т.е. желаюшщих) стали получать на 50% больше клиентов
