Contractor shall have in place, ...

Контекст:
1. Contractor shall have in place Health Risk Assessments for the Worksite...

2. Contractor shall have in place procedures for the review and reporting of the performance of its HSE management arrangements.

3. Contractor shall have in place polices, and procedures to demonstrate that it has identified legislation, national, and industry codes of practice, in accordance with Section VI – Technical Specifications, that are applicable to the WORK.
