Subject: Warning Member’ Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Warning Member’ Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: Either Member (‘Warning Member’) may at any time serve on the other Member a written notice (‘Warning Member’) signed by or on behalf of the Warning Member stating that the Warning Member is considering whether or not to serve a Winding up Notice under clause 9.2 below and the reason or reasons for considering to do so giving particulars of such reason or reasons in reasonable detail. The Warning Member shall not be bound to justify or explain any reason stated in the Warning Notice. The Warning Member may withdraw a Warning Notice by notice in written signed by or on behalf of the Warning Member delivered to the other Member at any time before the expiry of the period of 6 months commencing upon, and including the date of service of the Warning Notice (‘Warning Period’) |
