Raznicu ja nashla: Rental contract is a contract under which one party grants the other party the use of some property for a certain rent payment. Leasing contract is a loan for use, according to such contract a person transfers to another person property without compensation and for a specific use with a condition that the same property is returned. Автор, без контекста Вы точного ответа не получите. О каком праве идет речь? В ГК РФ, например, есть договор аренды и договор найма жилого помещения. И при чем тут leasing contract, если в Вашем отрывке упоминается lending? Если Вы уверены, что данное определение подходит под Ваш контекст, то это "безвозмездное пользование". |
