Site drainage is good. There is no significant quake exposure and tornadoes, storm and hail are not major threats and do not impact this area. There are no impounded bodies of water, streams or rivers that expose this site directly. Adequate lightning protection is provided. The area is politically stable.
The roof elevation changes of the main buildings could allow snow to drift. Snow does fall here and there is a history of short term wind gusting. The building is pre-engineered and we do not know the snow and wind load resistance to which it has been designed. The frame structure appears very light. Until we have the full building specification we consider this building at threat of snow load collapse and/or wind ‘tear off’ of the outer walls/roof.
