Помогите, пожалуйста, люди добрые! Никак не разберусь.

В договоре перечисляются существенные нарушения. В одном из них просто тупик

(Контекст)If during the term of this Agreement any of the following events set out in this Clause X shall be done by, or shall arise in respect of either Party (the "defaulting Party"), the other Party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith by delivering written notice to the defaulting Party to such effect:

начала так:
- если было возбуждено производство по делу корпоративной реорганизации
(и то не очень уверена), а дальше и вовсе ....

правильно, речь идет о том, что если началась корпоративная реограганизация, реструкторизация, ликвидация по решению компетентного суда, то..
