ABS note and mezzanine note

ABS - насколько я понимаю asset-backed security то есть обеспеченная ценная бумага. Что такон Note в данном контексте непонятно. Пожалуйста подскажите.

Note - она и есть нота, т.е. долговая бумага, которую по какой-то причине нельзя обозвать облигацией (bond'ом то есть)...
