Тема: общие положения(General) к соглашению об оказании аналитических услуг.
Предыдущее предложение (с ним все ясно): The invalidity or unenforceability, in whole or in part of any provision, term or condition hereof shall not affect in any way the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
А теперь моя засада:-)
No waiver by Company A of any provision, term or condition hereof or of any breach by or obligation of the Client hereunder shall constitute a waiver of such provision, term or condition on any occasion or a waiver of any other breach by or obligation of the Client.

А первое - не засада? Обычная фраза, но если ее не так перевести, зарубят перевод. Дали бы Ваш вариант...

Надо "расширить контекст": Waiver - отказ от права (предъявлять претензии/требования).

Поехали:
Никакой отказ от права предъявлять претензии в связи с каким-либо положением или условием настоящего (Terms and Conditions?) или в связи с каким-либо нарушением со стороны Клиента или обязательства Клиента по настоящему (настоящим?)....не может быть квалифицирован как отказ от права предъявлять претензии в связи с таким положением или условием В КАКОМ-ЛИБО ДРУГОМ СЛУЧАЕ (да, такой смысл) или как отказ от права предъявлять претензии в связи с каким-либо другим нарушением со стороны Клиента или обязательства Клиента.

General Terms and Conditions
1. General. These Terms and Conditions embody the whole agreement of the parties in the absence of a signed and executed contract between Company A (“A”) and Client. They supersede all previous communications, representations, or agreements, either verbal or written, between the parties. “A” specifically rejects all additional, inconsistent or conflicting terms, whether printed or otherwise set forth in any purchase order or other communications from the Client to “A” save that in case of conflict between the paragraphs of the above Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions, the former shall prevail. The invalidity or unenforceability, in whole or in part of any provision, term or condition hereof shall not affect in any way the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. No waiver by “A” of any provision, term or condition hereof or of any breach by or obligation of the Client hereunder shall constitute a waiver of such provision, term or condition on any other occasion or a waiver of any other breach by or obligation of the Client. This agreement shall be administered and interpreted under the laws of England.

Даю перевод предыдущего предложения:

Юридическая недействительность или невозможность приведения в исполнение всего или части какого-либо положения, постановления или условия этого документа не должны никаким образом повлиять на юридическую силу или возможность принудительного осуществления в судебном порядке оставшейся части настоящих положений, постановлений и условий.
Вот такой вариант, не судите очень строго за возможные пролеты. Стараюсь:)
