Пожалуйста помогите перевести данные предложения из контракта

Termination shall apply only to future cases and not to those cases, which are pending processing for deployment.

If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such a provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

Both parties agree that in the result of a lawsuit between the parties pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive all their legal costs and attorney fees from the other party.
