reference location и reference height construct.

Пожалуйста, помогите перевести. Лично у меня это reference напрашивается перевести как расчётный, проектный.

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
The measured pressures have been converted into coefficient form, based on the gust wind speed at the reference location, taken as the reference height (400m) as follows (...).
