Поправьте, пожалуйста, мой перевод:

За каждый день просрочки оплаты Счета на уплату неустойки Концессионеру начисляется пени в размере 1/365 действующей на момент выставления указанного счета учетной ставки Центрального Банка России от суммы неоплаченной неустойки.

The fine at the rate of 1/365 Central Bank of Russia accounting rate valid for the invoicing date per the non-paid penalty amount is charged to the Concessionary for each Forfeit Invoice payment delay day.

А разве "неустойка" не "liquidated damages"?

Юля, видела я это на форуме. Знаю, обсуждалось много раз. Но сколько работаю - ну, не пишут они "liquidated damages", всегда при просрочке идет default interest. Не буду утверждать, что так везде - но у нас так (чтобы избежать вопросов - англ. юр. фирма). Фраза почти дословно взята из британского договора.

А не может "default interest" быть понят как "проценты за пользование чужими денежными средствами"?
