Subject: charging company Under the terms of the charge, the charging company was not permitted to dispose of or to charge its uncollected book debts without the consent of the bank. The charging company was, however, able to deal with its debtors and collect the debts and, although it had to credit the payments made to it by its debtors into a designated account with the charging bank, it could, nevertheless, freely draw on that account for its business purposes provided that the overall overdraft limit was not exceeded
