Alloy 825/625 roll bonded clad pipe - никак не могу найти название этой трубы.

So you won't think that I immediately rush to post a question without checking first, this particular beauty took me, honestly, 1 hour.

First I googled 'roll bonded clad pipe', and found the leading European supplier of roll bonded clad pipe in English, then I put the supplier's name into yandes, the search yielded nothing. They I tried GOSTs for roll bonded clay pipe, also nothing.

So this leaves me with nothing else, but to beg for the Russian name for

rollk bonded clad pipe (какая-то плакированная труба?)

Abstract:
Clad pipe having an inner pipe and an outer pipe metallurgically bonded to each other is manufactured by a process comprising the steps of: (a) preparing an inner pipe and an outer pipe made of different metallic materials, the outer pipe having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner pipe; (b) forming an Ni-B layer by electroplating or electroless plating on the surface of one of the pipes facing the other pipe when the two pipes are assembled, the Ni-B layer having a thickness of 2-100 μm and consisting essentially, on a weight basis, of B: 0.5%-7%, Fe: 0%-30%, P: 0%-7%, and a balance of Ni and inevitable impurities; (c) assembling the two pipes by inserting the inner pipe into the outer pipe; (d) subjecting the assembled pipes to cold working for reduction in diameter to such a degree that the outer diameter of the inner pipe is reduced by from 0.5% to 10% to form raw clad pipe in which the inner and outer pipes are in contact; and (e) subjecting the raw clad pipe to heat treatment in the temperature range of 1050°-1250° C. for a time sufficient to metallurgically bond the inner and outer pipes by diffusion bonding.

Спасибо, я поняла, что есть две трубы из разных металлических материалов, что одну вставляют в другую, затем нужно связать наружный диам.внутренней трубы с внутренним диам.внешней трубы при помощи процесса электроосаждения, (не в этой последовательности) и т.д. только я не понимаю, как это назвать по-русски

Не знаю, что у Сумимото, но из приведенных текстов можно понять,
что на одну из труб электроосаждается микронный слой сплава никеля, а затем обе трубы соединяются между собой при помощи мех. усилий (roll bonded). Clad pipe - "труба в трубе", соединенные между собой механически и при помощи термообработки.

Значит написать "труба в трубе, где соединение осуществлено при помощи механических усилий" - я проверила все на гугле и яндексе и не нашла такого типа трубы... Что делать????

Не мучайтесь, а переведите: труба с двойными стенками, изготовленная обжатием в валках (roll)
