Пожалуйста, помогите перевести (не совсем понятен смысл) :
...companies being in a position of a controlling or controlled person towards the Client, including companies, in relation to which a company having the position of a controlling person towards the Client, is in a position of a controlling person.
(Поставщик услуг предоставляет согласованные консультационные услуги в соответствии с указаниями Заказчика самому Заказчику и компаниям, которые в отношении Заказчика являются контролирующими или подконтрольными, включая компании, в отношении которых компания, являющаяся контролирующей в отношении Заказчика, является контролирующей и для указанных компаний ?)

Выражение встречается в следующем Cоглашении о предоставлении консультационных услуг:

The Provider undertakes to provide the Agreed Consultancy Services according to Client’s instructions both to the Client and companies being in a position of a controlling or controlled person towards the Client, including companies, in relation to which a company having the position of a controlling person towards the Client, is in a position of a controlling person.
