совершенно не обязательно. Сферы сотрудничества с финансовыми институтами могут быть самыми различными, не все сводится к инвестициям.

В нашей конторе это называется просто Financial Institutions Group.
Разумеется, group можно заменить на Department, Division, Unit , etc. или просто опустить

I agree with Rudut here. it is not IR. IR I know when I see it, and this is not it. This is something different. I have gone with Financial Institutions Department

But after seeing the Group there with rudut's comment may be changing it to just that.
