Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
The board of directors of the company or a party commissioned by it according to the statutory regulations on securities shall keep a register of the shareholders holding registered shares, including holders of **interim shares**, in which the following shall be recorded: the name (company) and domicile (registered office) of shareholders or shareholders' representatives (hereinafter referred to jointly as "shareholders"), or in the case of jointly owned shares, the name (company) and domicile (registered office) of the joint representative, furthermore, the number of shares or **interim shares** (ownership ratio) of shareholders as per each series of shares, as well as any other data set forth by law or the deed of foundation of the company.

меня насторожило фактически отсутствие термина на русском именно в этом значении.
думаю, а вдруг они на русском как-то по-другому называются? :)

вот это словосочетание у меня тоже вызывает сомнения

при возникновении у них интереса?
или если их интерес будет считаться (правомочным и т.п.) ?
или "при их возможном участии..."?

Скорее, если их интерес будет считаться оправданным. А не идет ли здесь речь об interest, как о проценте с прибыли?
