Помогите перевести, не могу даже на русском понять фразу, уже голова не варит.

Расчет ожидаемой эффективности защиты генераторных агрегатов от перегрузки путем отключения части потребителей с обоснованием числа ступеней отключения и перечнем отключаемых потребителей в каждой ступеней.

У меня пока так:
Calculation of expected effectiveness of generating sets protection against overloading by means of turning out of a part of users with explanation of a number of steps of turning out and with a list of users being turned out in each step.
