Под "ростком крови" имеются ввиду не только бластные клетки (blast cells), но СОВОКУПНОСТЬ клеток одного вида на разных стадиях дифференцирования, и, поскольку соответствующее "обобщающее" понятие в английском отсутствует, более точным является следующий перевод:
эозинофильный росток - eosinophils
нейтрофильный росток - neutrophils
эритроидный росток - erythroid cells
