Оказать Н, согласно его просьбе, материальную помощь в размере одного среднего месячного заработка в сумме ___.

Что-то мне ни "monetary aid", ни "one-off compensation", ни "welfare allowance" (это всё варианты из МТ) не нравятся. Пикантности ситуации придаёт тот факт, что господин Н - генеральный директор... скажем, небольшого свечного заводика :-). Как написать, чтобы форинерА поняли?

В Memorandums of Assn англ. и особенно кипрских компаний (в части правоспособности компании ) содержится положение о том, что в объем правоспособности входит, помимо всяких пенсионных программ дл директоров, officers, работников (как нынешних, так и прежних) и право осуществлять вот это самое. Там очень элегантно и очень близко по смыслу это выражено.
У меня сейчас под рукой англ. текстов нет, sorry.

To grant annuities, pensions, allowances, gratuities and bonus to any employee or ex employee (including Directors and Ex-Directors) of the company or their family member or dependents or such persons in whose welfare the said employee or ex-employee is interested and to establish or support associations, institutions, club, schools, funds schemes and trusts (religious, scientific, educational, Provident or otherwise) which may be considered and calculated to benefit any such person or otherwise advance the interest of the Company and to establish and contribute any scheme for purchase by trustee of share in the Company to be held for the Company?s employees and to support or subscribe to any charitable objects and institutions and to clubs, societies or funds"

Ой, не ндравится, kivi... Боюсь, скажут мне недоверчивые иностранцы: "Ты что, мать, з глузду зъихала, какая "financial aid"? Кому?! Господин Н человек далеко не бедный... уже лет двадцать как"...
Я склоняюсь к "emolument" на том шатком основании, что в некоторых документах, которые я уже успела прочесть, то, о чём Вы говорите, проходит всё-таки как "emoluments", как здесь, например:
(4) For the purposes of this paragraph the "emoluments" of a person include
(a) fees and percentages,
(b) sums paid by way of expenses allowance (so far as those sums are chargeable to United Kingdom income tax),
(c) contributions paid in respect of him under any pension scheme, and
(d) the estimated money value of any other benefits received by him otherwise than in cash,
and emoluments in respect of a person's accepting office as director shall be treated as emoluments in respect of his services as director - т.е. "составные части" у "emolument" всё же есть;
И, главное, как здесь:
Emoluments waived
6. (1) There shall be shown
(a) the number of directors who have waived rights to receive emoluments which, but for the waiver, would have fallen to be included in the amount shown under paragraph 1(1), and
(b) the aggregate amount of those emoluments.
(2) For the purposes of this paragraph it shall be assumed that a sum not receivable in respect of a period would have been paid at the time at which it was due, and if such a sum was payable only on demand, it shall be deemed to have been due at the time of the waiver

Юля, я согласна с kivi - emoluments, на мой взгляд, это что-то более "общее".
Что касается Ваших форинов - если у них возникнет недоумение по поводу оказания финансовой помощи небедному человеку, то адресовано оно должно быть не Вам, верно?

Правильно ли я понимаю, что "помощь" эта безвозмездная и возврату не подлежит? Может, это и обыграть?
