can anyone help me with "за реальное машинное время" in English?

context:
Надежность системы основывается на невозможности за реальное машинное время на основании содержимого документа, КА и открытого ключа определить закрытый ключ лица, удостоверяющего документ.

without editing, i have:

is this even close to what за реальное машинное время means here?

right yeah, i got the meaning, but what about the english? does run time work? or would i have to say something like effective run time? probable run time?

смысл как раз ясен - не за астрономически большое время подобрать ключ с помощью компьютера
