Подскажите, пожалуйста. Вот первое слово это поверенный, а второе доверитель? или же нет? или совсем другое значение?

Если это договор поручения, то Поверенный и Доверитель. Если предмет - комиссия, то Комиссионер и Комитент. Если договор агентский, то Агент и Принципал. |
